Ad van Hoff: thank you for all donations for Zing je Schor 2022!

He went for 2000, eventually it was more than 5000. On May 10th the time had come: Zing je Schor 2022 the popular pop event for Familiehuis Daniel den Hoed started. Ad took the stage of Walhalla at 8:45 PM and already knew then: so many people have supported me by donating on www.zingjeschor.nl that I went way above the revenue I expected for Het Familiehuis. During the livestream, the amount continued to rise and Ad eventually raised more than 5000 euros! “It was an amazing experience. It was also nice to be able to perform with Het Groot Niet te Vermijden in front of a completely sold out and enthusiastic hall. What a vibe, what an atmosphere. It was one big family. And… people were enthusiastic about the song I sang and even my singing skills were well received. This year we participated under the banner of The Container Company, next year we will participate with The Flexitank Company; because we liked it but especially to support Het Familiehuis. They could use all the help and money! In the end, we all managed to raise more than 80,000 euros this evening. That is quite something to be proud of!”

Ad van Hoff will finally perform in Walhalla on May 10th

The third edition of Zing je Schor will finally take place after a year of postponement due to corona. Zing je Schor is a playful pop event where professionals and amateurs sing their hearts out in Theater Walhalla for Het Familiehuis Daniel den Hoed. On the website www.zingjeschor.nl, relations, friends, customers, (business) partners, in short everything and everyone, can vote for their favorite artist. They do this by donating money. Every year about 15 artists participate. They are doing their best to raise as much money as possible and will take the stage of Walhalla on 10 May to give a unique concert together with Het Groot Niet te Avoiden. Zing je Schor is an initiative of a number of Rotterdam entrepreneurs who support Het Familiehuis more than warmly. Ad van Hoff wants to raise at least EUR 2000. Initially he was going to go for the party song “Adje voor de milieu”, but in the end he chose a song by The Rolling Stones: It’s all over now!
